Okay, here’s my blog post about figuring out the WWE SmackDown Detroit 2024 lineup:
So, I’m a huge wrestling fan, and when I heard SmackDown was coming to Detroit in 2024, I knew I had to be there. But, like, who’s even going to be wrestling? I gotta know before I drop cash on tickets, right?
First, I hit up the official WWE site. You’d think they’d have the lineup front and center, but nope. Had to dig around a bit. Found some general info about the event, dates, times, the usual, but no specific matches or wrestlers announced yet.
Next, I checked out some of the bigger wrestling news sites. I figured they might have some inside scoops or rumors. Wrestled with a few articles, but it was mostly speculation. “Maybe this person will be there,” “Possibly that match will happen.” Nothing concrete.
My Detective Work Continues
I decided to go down the social media rabbit hole. I mean, Twitter/X, whatever, is usually where news breaks first, right? I searched for “SmackDown Detroit” and related hashtags. Found a bunch of fan posts, some excitement, but still no confirmed lineup.
- Scoured Facebook pages of local Detroit venues and wrestling fan groups.
- Looked at Instagram, checking wrestler’s accounts to see if they posted anything about Detroit.
- Still… nothing definitive.
Finally, I figured I’d try some of the wrestling forums. Sometimes those hardcore fans know things before anyone else. Spent a good hour reading through threads, and it was mostly the same as everywhere else – guesses and wish lists.
So, after all that, I still don’t have the official SmackDown Detroit 2024 lineup. But, hey, that’s part of the fun, right? The anticipation! I’ll keep checking back and update this post when I finally find out. At least now, I am all caught up on possible line up and I got to vent some to my fellow wrestling fans!
