Okay, so I wanted to check out CM Punk at Riot Fest, right? First, I grabbed my phone and opened up the Riot Fest website. I scrolled through the lineup, trying to find when and where he’d be appearing.

It took a bit of digging, honestly. The website was kinda messy. Eventually, I found the schedule. Punk wasn’t performing music, obviously, so I looked for any special appearances or panels. I spotted a “CM Punk Q&A” listed for Sunday afternoon.
Getting Ready
- Checked the time: It was set for 2 PM at some tent.
- Planned my day: Figured I’d get to the festival early to catch some other bands.
- Packed a bag: Water, sunscreen, a small notebook (in case I wanted to jot down any cool quotes).
The day of, I headed out early. Got to the festival, wandered around a bit, and listened to some music. The vibe was pretty cool. Then, around 1:30 PM, I made my way over to the tent area.
It was already getting crowded. Lots of wrestling shirts. I managed to squeeze in and get a decent view. Punk came out, and the crowd went nuts. He talked about wrestling, his time off, his comic book writing, all sorts of stuff.
The Q&A was fun. People asked some interesting questions, and Punk was pretty open. After it ended, I hung around for a bit, hoping to maybe catch a glimpse of him. No luck there, but I still had a good time.
Overall, it was a cool experience. I got to see CM Punk in a different setting, and it reminded me why I’ve always been a fan.
