Okay, so UFC 400, what a night! I’ve been a huge UFC fan for years, and this card was stacked. I knew I had to watch it live, so I started by making sure everything was set up perfectly.

Getting Ready for the Fights
First, I checked my ESPN+ subscription – gotta make sure that’s active! Then, I made sure my internet connection was solid. Nothing worse than buffering during a knockout, right?
Next, I got some snacks and drinks ready. It’s a big event, you need fuel! I went with some chips, some dip, and a few beers. Gotta keep it classic.
Then, I texted a couple of buddies who are also into UFC. We always chat during the fights, sharing our reactions and predictions. It’s more fun when you’re watching with other people, even if it’s just through texts.
The Main Event!
The prelims were great, some good finishes, and some surprising upsets. I was keeping an eye on the clock, getting more and more hyped for the main card.
- I watched every fight.
- I jumped, I yelled,
- I spilled the drink, because I was nervous.
Finally, the main event. The atmosphere was electric, even through the TV. You could feel the tension. The walkouts were epic, and then… the fight started.
I won’t spoil anything, but wow. There were some crazy moments. I was on the edge of my seat the entire time. My heart was racing, my palms were sweaty, and I probably annoyed my neighbors with all the shouting.
After the Dust Settled
After the main event, I needed a few minutes to process everything. I re-watched some of the highlights and checked out some of the post-fight interviews online. It was a night to remember, for sure.
UFC 400 definitely lived up to the hype. I’m already looking forward to the next big event. Time to start planning the next watch party!
