How the prize money gets split

So, each of ‘em gets a fair share. It don’t matter if you’re the best player on the team or not, you all get your piece of the pie!

They won the 2024 LIV Golf Team Championship, and they earned every penny of that $14 million. Some of the other teams didn’t do as good, but that’s just the way it goes in these kind of competitions. Sometimes you’re on top, sometimes you ain’t, but you always gotta give it your best.
What about the other teams?
Well, the other teams didn’t leave empty-handed either. Even if they didn’t win, they still got a piece of that $50 million. Them that came in second place, they didn’t walk away cryin’. They still earned a good bit of money for their efforts. And that’s how it works in this golf business. Ya don’t always win, but if ya play well, you get rewarded. Some of them teams, they might have dreams of takin’ home the big prize next year. Who knows? There’s always next season.
And speaking of next year, you can bet that the competition’s gonna be just as fierce. These golfers, they ain’t done yet.
