Alright, so you wanna know about this Bronny James kid, huh? LeBron’s boy. Everyone’s talkin’ about him. I ain’t no basketball expert, mind you, but I can tell ya what I heard and seen, kinda like watchin’ the chickens in the yard, you see who’s peckin’ and who’s gettin’ pecked.
So, they sayin’ Bronny James stats tonight, well, some nights he plays, some nights he don’t. It’s like farmin’, sometimes the crops grow good, sometimes they don’t. This one game I heard about, against them Warriors, he got himself 17 points. Seventeen! That’s a good haul, like findin’ a whole buncha eggs in the henhouse. He was shootin’ the ball pretty good, seven for seventeen, they said. Grabbed four of them rebound things, you know, when the ball bounces off the backboard thingy, and even stole the ball three times. Sneaky like a fox, that one.
But then, other times, not so good. Another game against the Warriors, he only got two points. Two! That ain’t much. Like findin’ only two little berries on a whole bush. One for five shootin’, that ain’t gonna win ya no games. And then there was that time he didn’t play at all against the Jazz. Said somethin’ about a boo-boo on his heel. Well, that happens. Even the best horses stumble sometimes.
He’s playin’ in somethin’ called the G League, I guess it’s like the minor leagues for basketball. And he’s playin’ with the Lakers sometimes too, with his daddy. Must be nice, havin’ your daddy around like that. Anyways, in his first G League game, he got six points. Two for nine shootin’, and missed all his three-pointers. Them three-pointers are like tryin’ to throw a rock across the whole field and hit a squirrel. Not easy.
- So, to sum it up, this Bronny kid, he’s up and down, like the weather.
- Sometimes he’s good, sometimes he ain’t.
- He can score, he can steal the ball, but he ain’t always consistent.
Reminds me of that old mule we had on the farm. Sometimes he’d work hard all day, sometimes he’d just stand there and stare at ya. Stubborn as a… well, you know.
They say Bronny’s only 20 years old. That’s still young. He’s got time to learn, time to grow. Like a young sapling, gotta give it time to become a big strong tree. And LeBron, well, he’s still playin’ too, scorin’ 32 points in one game I heard about. That’s a lot of points. Maybe he’s teachin’ Bronny a thing or two. Who knows? Only time will tell if this Bronny kid is gonna be a star like his daddy. It’s like plantin’ seeds, you gotta wait and see what grows.
So, that’s what I know about Bronny James stats tonight and other nights too. It ain’t much, but it’s honest. Just like a good day’s work on the farm, you get what you get.
