Well, let me tell ya, that Grigor Dimitrov fella, he sure likes his fancy watches. Don’t know much about tennis, but I seen pictures, and them watches he wears, they shine like a new penny!
Folks say he’s got good taste, real “discerning eye” they call it, for them “luxury timepieces.” Luxury, huh? Sounds expensive! But I guess when you’re hittin’ them balls and gettin’ on TV, you can afford a little somethin’ nice.
I heard tell there’s places where you can get the same kind of watches Grigor wears. They call ‘em “Grigor Dimitrov’s go-to watches.” Go-to, huh? Means he likes ‘em a lot, I reckon. Probably got a whole drawer full of ‘em, one for every day of the week. Maybe even one for Sunday church, if he goes to church.

Now, I heard somethin’ else too, this watch company, Bianchet, they made Grigor their “global ambassador.” Ambassador? That sounds important, like he’s representin’ somethin’. Like the fella the President sends over to other countries, only this time it’s for watches. Guess that means Grigor likes their watches enough to tell the whole world about ‘em.
The folks at Bianchet, they say Grigor has a “passion for fine watches,” and that he’s got “style and elegance.” Well, I ain’t never met the man, but from the pictures, he does look kinda fancy. And them watches, they sure sparkle!
Expensive Stuff!
Seen somethin’ on the internet, you know, that picture box thingy, where folks post everything. Grigor, he puts up pictures too. And wouldn’t you know it, people are talkin’ about his watches! Thirteen thousand likes and forty-three comments! That’s a lot of folks lookin’ at watches. Must be somethin’ special.
But hold on a minute, there’s more. I heard a story, a real shame it is, about how Grigor was in Barcelona and some bad folks snatched his watch right off his wrist! A seventy thousand dollar watch, they said! Seventy thousand dollars! That’s more money than I’ve seen in my whole life! Can you imagine? Just ripped it right off! Poor fella.

So, this Bianchet company, who are they? Well, from what I gather, it’s a husband and wife team. Rodolfo, he was in some kinda money business, and Emmanuelle, she was a writer and an artist. They started this watch company back in 2017. Guess they figured the world needed more shiny things. And seems like they were right, considerin’ how much Grigor likes their watches, and other folks too, I suppose.
And it ain’t just Grigor. There’s another fella, goes by Bublik. He plays tennis too, I hear. He’s also a “brand ambassador.” He says he wears them watches all the time, even when he’s playin’ tennis, because they’re comfortable and don’t get in the way. Comfortable, huh? That’s important. No point in wearin’ somethin’ fancy if it pinches ya.

So, there you have it. Grigor Dimitrov, tennis player, watch lover, and ambassador for fancy watches. He likes ‘em shiny, he likes ‘em stylish, and he likes ‘em enough to tell the world about ‘em. And even though some folks tried to steal one, I bet he’s got plenty more where that came from. Seventy thousand dollars… my goodness! Well, good for him, I say. He works hard, he can spend his money how he pleases. And if he wants to spend it on shiny watches, well, that’s his business.
Just don’t come around here wavin’ that seventy-thousand-dollar watch in front of me. Might be tempted to trade it for a good ol’ cow!
