Well, let me tell ya ’bout this TKO League thing. I ain’t no expert, mind you, just a regular person tryin’ to make sense of it all.
First off, what is this TKO League anyway? Sounds like somethin’ my grandson would watch, all that fightin’ and whatnot. From what I gather, it’s some kind of sports thing, maybe like wrestlin’ or karate. They got these tournaments, see? Like that TKO South and North Qualifier Tournaments they had in February. Folks fightin’ to be number one, I guess. Sounds tiring to me.
They got rules and all. You can find ’em on their website, they say. A copy of the official TKO rules can be downloaded on our website. They want to make karate better in Texas, they say. “TKO promises to endeavor to bring sport karate in Texas to a new level“. Good for them, I reckon. More power to ’em.
Now, about them tickets. Seems like a big hassle, like buyin’ concert tickets. You know, folks usin’ those computer thingamajigs, those “bots” they call ’em, to snatch up all the tickets fast. “I’d guess brokers who have confidence they’ll get tickets. They use bots and whatnot which is so annoying“. Then they sell ’em for more money, the stinkers. They say you gotta be quick, have the link ready and all. “I’d recommend making sure you use the link on Lana’s website and having it ready“. Makes my head spin, all this technology.
- First, you gotta find the website.
- Then you gotta find the tickets.
- Then you gotta type in all your information, your name, your address, your credit card number…
- And if you ain’t fast enough, poof! The tickets are gone.
“So while a regular human may take several minutes to go to a website, find the item they want to buy, add it to a cart, go to enter their billing information, and complete the purchase“. It ain’t like the old days, when you could just walk up to the ticket booth and buy a ticket with cash. Now it’s all computers and internet and whatnot.
And these TKO folks, they got all sorts of events. They had some kinda finals, the 26th annual State Finals and WKL World Grand qualifier. Sounds fancy. Texas’s best athletes, they say. “Kudos to all TKO and TNT grappling qualifiers who competed in this year’s 26th annual State Finals and WKL World Grand qualifier! Texas’s top athletes assembled“. I bet those tickets were hard to get.
They even got movies and trailers and stuff. I saw somethin’ about MVP Films and a trailer. They were tellin’ folks to get their tickets before they sold out. “Mornnningggg!!! 殺 GET YOUR TICKETS BEFORE THEY ARE SOLD OUT ‼️‼️ #TKO #MVPFilms #hardworkpaysoff #trailer #christmas2023 #thanksgivingweekend ️ ️Share!“. Seems like everything sells out these days. You gotta be on the ball, I tell ya.
And they talk about “Before they get sold out” and “Before they all sell out“. I ain’t sure what the difference is, sounds like the same thing to me. Just means you gotta hurry up and buy them tickets before somebody else does. “Learn the correct usage of Before they get sold out and Before they all sell out in English. Discover differences, examples“. Too much thinkin’ for this old brain.
Anyway, that’s what I know about the TKO League. It’s about fightin’, and tournaments, and tickets that are hard to get. And computers. Lots of computers. If you wanna know more, you gotta go look it up yourself. I ain’t got all the answers, just tellin’ it like I see it.
And if you find out how to get them tickets easy, let me know. Maybe my grandson would like to go. But don’t tell him I said so, he thinks I’m too old to understand this stuff.
