Alright, let’s talk about this “action jackson wrestling,” whatever that is. Sounds like a whole lotta fuss to me, but let’s see what the young’uns are up to these days.
So, this “Action Jackson,” I reckon he’s a fella who knows a thing or two about wrestling. And “mindset,” that’s just thinkin’ right, ain’t it? Like, gettin’ your head in the game. Seems like this Jackson fella, he helps folks with that, especially the young’uns. Wrestling ain’t just about muscles, you see. It’s about what’s goin’ on up here, in your noggin.
Now, they talk about “competing.” Well, that’s just plain ol’ fightin’, but with rules, I guess. You gotta be tough, gotta be quick, and gotta be thinkin’ all the time. Like, what’s that other fella gonna do next? And how you gonna stop him?
- Gotta be strong, like a bull.
- Gotta be quick, like a cat.
- Gotta be smart, like… well, like a fox maybe?
This “Mindset Coaching,” sounds fancy, but it’s just about gettin’ your head straight. Like, don’t be scared. Don’t give up. Keep pushin’, even when it hurts. That’s what my old pappy used to say, “Never say die!” Guess that’s what this “mindset” stuff is all about.
And these “youth wrestling camps”? Well, that’s just a place where the young’uns go to learn how to wrestle. They tumble around, learn some moves, and get stronger. Good for ’em, I say. Keeps ’em outta trouble, and teaches ’em some discipline. Kids these days need more of that, less time starin’ at them little boxes they carry around.
They say somethin’ about “summertime” bein’ a good time for these camps. Makes sense, I guess. Kids ain’t in school, got nothin’ better to do. Might as well learn somethin’ useful, like how to wrestle. Better than sittin’ around all day, eatin’ snacks and watchin’ the TV.
Now, this Gene Zannetti fella, he seems to be runnin’ the show, or part of it anyway. He talks to this Action Jackson. They gab about “the nitty gritty” of the camps. That just means the details, the little things. Like, what kinda snacks they gonna have? Where they gonna sleep? How much they gonna charge? You know, the important stuff.
They also talk about makin’ “difficult decisions.” Well, life’s full of them, ain’t it? You gotta choose, sometimes you choose wrong, sometimes you choose right. But you gotta choose somethin’. Can’t just stand there like a bump on a log. And when in doubt, “err on the side of taking action”. That means, do somethin’! Don’t just sit around waitin’ for somethin’ to happen.
This Action Jackson, he’s got a website and all, seems like he’s doin’ somethin’ serious. Got “important dates and information” on there. Folks can “subscribe” too, whatever that means. Sounds like a lot of hoopla to me, but hey, if it helps the kids, I ain’t complainin’. Wrestling’s a good sport, teaches you a lot about life. About workin’ hard, about gettin’ back up when you get knocked down, and about never givin’ up. It ain’t easy, but nothin’ worth doin’ ever is.
So, that’s my take on this “action jackson wrestling.” Sounds like it’s about teachin’ kids to be tough, both in body and in mind. And that ain’t a bad thing at all. In fact, I reckon it’s a pretty darn good thing.
