Well, let me tell you somethin’ ’bout this whole Vegan Patriot mess. I heard tell this woman, calls herself Vegan Patriot, was doin’ one of them live videos on that YouTube thing. You know, the one where folks film themselves doin’ all sorts of stuff.
Anyways, she’s drivin’ around in Los Angeles, big city, lots of cars and people. And wouldn’t you know it, she hits someone! Yep, a whole pedestrian, just walkin’ down the street, mindin’ their own business. Heard a big thump right there on her video, folks sayin’ the camera even shook.
- Now, I ain’t got no fancy city learnin’, but even I know you gotta pay attention when you’re drivin’. Especially in a place like Los Angeles. Too many distractions these days, what with them phones and videos and all.
- Folks tell me this Vegan Patriot, she’s got a whole bunch of followers on that there YouTube. They watch her videos and listen to what she says. But I tell you, hittin’ someone with your car, that ain’t somethin’ to be proud of.
I reckon she didn’t mean to hurt nobody. Most folks don’t go around lookin’ to hit people with their cars. But accidents happen, that’s for sure. And when they do, you gotta take responsibility for what you done.

I sure hope this Vegan Patriot learns her lesson. And I hope everybody else learn somethin’ too. Life ain’t a video game. There’s real people out there, and you gotta be careful. You gotta pay attention. And you gotta take responsibility for what you do.
