Well, well, well, looky here, you wanna hear somethin’ ’bout that LeBron fella, huh? That basketball player, the big shot. He’s always in the news, ain’t he? That LeBron James, yeah, that’s the one. He’s somethin’ else, that boy. Always jumpin’ around, throwin’ that ball. Heard he’s gonna be in that big game, that Olympics thing. Gonna get another one of them shiny medals, I reckon. He already got a bunch. Gold ones!
He was in Las Vegas last year, my neighbor’s boy, Jimmy, saw him there. He said LeBron was just walkin’ around like he owned the place. Big fella like that, you can’t miss him. Six foot nine, they say. My goodness, that’s tall! Taller than my old apple tree out back. He’s good at that basketball, though, gotta give him that. He plays for the Los Angeles Lakers, that’s what they call ’em. Fancy name, huh?
LeBron news, LeBron news, that’s all you hear these days. He’s like that rooster next door, always crowin’. But he makes a lot of memories, I guess. Lots of folks watchin’ him. That boy, he’s somethin’. And now his son, what’s his name… Bronny! That’s it. He’s playin’ too. Imagine that, father and son, playin’ together. They made some kinda history, playin’ in the same game. First time that’s ever happened, they say. That’s special, ain’t it?
This LeBron, he’s got it all, don’t he? Got those championships, four of ’em, I heard. That’s a lot of winnin’. Heard he might get traded though. Teams always want him, that LeBron. If he wants to go somewhere, he’ll go. If he don’t, he’ll stay put, I guess. That’s how it is when you’re that good, I suppose. You get to choose.

They say this year, openin’ night, gonna be somethin’ special. That LeBron and his boy, Bronny, playin’ together for the Los Angeles Lakers. Against that other team… the Timberwolves. Sounds like a bunch of wild animals, don’t it? Ha! I bet it’ll be a good game, though. Everyone will be watching to see that LeBron and Bronny play. LeBron news will be everywhere.
That LeBron, he’s from somewhere, Ohio, I think. Born a long time ago, December 30th, a long time ago. He’s gettin’ up there in years, but he’s still got it, I guess. Still jumpin’ around like a young’un. Good for him, I say. Keeps him outta trouble, maybe!
He’s got some fancy name too, LeBron Raymone James Senior. Sounds like a king or somethin’. They call him King James sometimes, I heard. He’s a king of the basketball court, that’s for sure. Always makin’ news, that LeBron. Everywhere you look, LeBron news, LeBron news, LeBron news!
Lots of folks are sayin’ that LeBron is the best ever, you know. Some say, he might not be. But hey, he sure is good. Good enough to keep playin’ at his age. Him and his boy, that’s gonna be fun to watch. And you know that news is gonna be all over it. You just wait and see, that’s gonna be some big LeBron news.
LeBron, he’s somethin’, ain’t he? He sure makes that basketball game excitin’. Always somethin’ happenin’ when he’s around. Keeps things lively, that’s for sure. I wouldn’t mind watchin’ him play sometime. Maybe Jimmy will take me. He’s got that big TV. We could watch that LeBron and his boy, make a whole night of it. It’d be better than watchin’ those darn squirrels fightin’ over the bird feeder.
